About the project

Briland Club Residences & Marina is a private members' club community on Harbour Island, the famously pink-sand outer island of Eleuthera in The Bahamas — distinguished as the country's only bay-to-beach development, with direct access to both the protected harbor and the legendary Pink Sand Beach. Spanning 27 acres in Dunmore Town, the master plan calls for 93 residences across a range of formats: 2,100-square-foot Coral Cottages with interiors by AD100 Hall of Fame designer Bunny Williams (designed by CMA Design Studio), Club Cottages (3,300 to 3,700 square feet), Club Residences (1,200 square feet with terracotta tile and coral stone finishes), Garden Villas (3-bedroom with private pool, fire pit, and 6,500 total square feet of indoor/outdoor space), and custom Estate Homes on hillside homesites. Residences are priced from $4 million. The 50-slip megayacht marina accommodates vessels from 75 to 300 feet, designed to withstand Category 3 hurricanes, with an advanced floating dock system, in-slip high-speed fueling, 80,000-gallon diesel capacity, a crew lounge, and 24/7 security. The Mansion Clubhouse is set within the historic, fully-restored "Haunted House" estate, with three dining venues, a wellness center and spa, beach club, kids club, and the only resort in The Bahamas that provides 100 percent of its own electricity (3 megawatts) and water (on-site reverse osmosis). Owned by 4M Harbour Island Ltd. under chairman Michael Wiener, with Sterling Global Advisors serving as Development Manager and The Royal Portfolio (the family-owned South African hospitality group behind The Silo Hotel and Birkenhead House) managing all hospitality operations.
