The 104-story, roughly 557-metre supertall carries 299 residences in two- to seven-bedroom layouts, crowned by a set of Billionaire Penthouses, and its crystalline crown and faceted facade are drawn directly from Jacob & Co's high-jewellery and watchmaking language rather than conventional tower massing. Residence collections are branded after the maison's signature timepieces, with interiors, finishes and bespoke detailing curated by the brand. Amenities span an infinity pool deck, private spa and wellness floors, chauffeur and concierge service and residents' lounges, making the Business Bay tower one of the most closely watched branded residential projects in the Gulf.
