Canyon Ranch Austin is a next-generation wellness resort set on more than 600 acres of former Hill Country ranchland along Lake Travis in Spicewood, Texas, just northwest of Austin. Developed and operated by Canyon Ranch under Fort Worth investor John Goff, it marks the pioneering wellness brand's first ground-up resort and its debut in Texas, with San Antonio's Lake|Flato as design architect and BOKA Powell as architect of record. The 141-room retreat centers on a 40,000-square-foot spa with 37 treatment rooms, a 27,000-square-foot fitness barn, a 12,000-square-foot medical center, and Estella, a signature restaurant. Amenities span the brand's Women's Wellness Collective, an equestrian program, lakefront watersports and trails, tennis, pickleball and padel, alongside a separate 134-home Ranch Home Collection of Lake|Flato-designed residences.
