Canyon Ranch Austin spreads across more than 600 acres of Hill Country with 1.5 miles of Lake Travis shoreline and an extensive trail network, at 600 Moonlight Bend with 134 residences and 141 hotel keys, open since October 2026. Financed with $200M from VICI Properties in October 2022.

Lake Flato designed the resort's 141 guest rooms and the three home designs of the Ranch Home Collection, whose homesites range from 0.8 to 3.7 acres with houses of 3,200 to 4,800 square feet. The 40,000-square-foot spa holds 40 treatment rooms, two pools, hot and cold therapy and separate men's, women's and co-ed lounges, alongside The Barn, a 27,000-square-foot fitness facility, and The Wellspring, a 12,000-square-foot medical center with the CR Vitality recovery lab. Three-Michelin-star chef Val Cantú of San Francisco's Californios is culinary director, leading the fine-dining restaurant Estella beside the casual Flying X Café.
