Chelsea Barracks Phase 5

Chelsea Barracks Phase 5 is the newest chapter of one of London's most exclusive super-prime neighborhoods, the regeneration of the historic barracks site on the border of Belgravia and Chelsea by developer Qatari Diar. Designed by Squire & Partners, the phase adds 87 highly crafted apartments across three new buildings set around a new orchard square, a fresh typology for the estate that takes its cue from the formal Georgian squares of Belgravia.
