Chongqing International Land-Sea Center

Chongqing International Land-Sea Center is a Kohn Pedersen Fox-designed supertall rising 458 metres across 98 storeys at Danzishi in Nan'an District, on the south bank of the Yangtze near its confluence with the Jialing River. Developed by Vanke, the sculpted tower reads as a tapering, faceted column of glass anchored by a broad podium, its crown carved to frame sky terraces and an observation level with panoramic views over the two rivers and Chongqing's mountainous skyline. The complex pairs Class-A office floors with hospitality, elevated sky lobbies, and a base of retail and dining woven into the surrounding waterfront district — a new civic landmark for one of China's fastest-vertical cities.
