Citadel HQ is the roughly $2.5 billion global headquarters for Ken Griffin's Citadel and Citadel Securities, rising at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive on a 2.5-acre bayfront site in Miami's Brickell financial core. Designed by Foster + Partners and co-developed with Related Companies, the approximately 1.7-million-square-foot tower is one of the largest office developments in Miami's history, with Citadel occupying roughly a third of the building and structural engineering by Thornton Tomasetti. Set directly on Biscayne Bay, the tower is conceived as a next-generation trading and financial workplace, cementing Brickell's rise as a national hub for finance.
