About the project

The Coleman Park revitalization is a mixed-income, community-led redevelopment of West Palm Beach's historic Coleman Park neighborhood along the Tamarind Avenue corridor, led by the Quantum Foundation's Palm Beach Venture Philanthropy on city-donated land. Its 'redlining to greenlining' plan pairs affordable and workforce for-sale homes and mixed-use rental housing with a fresh-market grocer, shared office space, childcare and healthcare, and a 'Culture Yard' gathering space anchored by the Taylor Moxey Library.
