Como Residences rises 300 metres and 75 storeys from the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, making it the tallest tower on the island. Developed by Nakheel and designed by Benjelloun Piper Architecture, the building is defined by extreme exclusivity: just 76 residences across 75 floors, so most homes occupy an entire level. Layouts run from two-bedroom apartments to six-bedroom penthouses and duplexes, each wrapped in continuous balconies that open 180-to-360-degree views across the Arabian Gulf, the Palm fronds, and the Dubai Marina skyline. The sculptural, tapering silhouette draws on the form of a seashell, and the amenity programme includes private pools, a sky lounge, and direct beach access.
