Court Club

Court Club is a boutique private social and wellness club in West Palm Beach, developed within the Nora District by NDT Development with CCRE and Saber Capital and co-developers John Lewis and Danny Scheinbaum. Designed by Spina O'Rourke + Partners with Ward + Gray, the racquet-focused club centers on premium tennis, pickleball, and padel courts, including a custom enclosed padel pavilion, alongside an 80-foot lap pool with cabanas, a central event and sports lawn, a spa with cold plunge and sauna, a fitness studio, and clubhouse dining from the culinary team behind Lamarina and Cucina. Built around a flexible, non-equity membership model, Court Club reimagines the classic Palm Beach club as a modern lifestyle anchor with family programming, tournaments, and community events at its core.
