Court Club has pulled the curtain back on its Recovery Spa, and with it the last major piece of the West Palm Beach membership club comes into view: a FutureStudio-designed contrast-therapy circuit that will sit at the wellness heart of the campus, rising near Trump International when it opens in March 2027.
The idea is simple and physical. Heat, then cold, then rest. A Finnish sauna, a eucalyptus steam room, and hot and cold plunge tubs form the circuit, while a relaxation lounge anchors the room and gives members somewhere to settle between rounds. What matters is how it is meant to be used. This is not a spa to book for the occasional afternoon; it is built to be used the way the courts are, on repeat, as part of the daily rhythm of the club.
That rhythm plays out across a five-acre campus at 1591 Kirk Road, where the Recovery Spa joins the courts, the clubhouse, an all-day cafe, a resort-style pool, activity lawns and social spaces, all conceived as a return to the golden age of Palm Beach club life.
Members, it turns out, did not wait for the finished picture. Demand has run ahead of the build, with the club quickly signing 100 founding members in early 2026 and its Early Access memberships selling out in August. The site is now catching up: the full clubhouse has been constructed, and meaningful construction progress can be seen across the resort zone and the court areas.
None of this comes as a surprise to readers who followed the story from the start. When Markets of Tomorrow first covered the club in February, the outline was already clear. Court Club was pitched as a boutique private club built for a young membership with families at its core, its clubhouse designed by Spina O'Rourke + Partners alongside Ward + Gray. Inside, the dining program comes from the culinary team behind Lamarina and Cucina, joined by a terrace bar and lounge, a group fitness studio, and dedicated coworking and social areas.
Step outside and the grounds open up: an 80-foot lap pool runs beside cabanas and shaded dining, a central lawn handles events and sports, and tennis, pickleball and padel courts include a custom 37-foot enclosed padel pavilion. Footpaths through tropical landscaping tie the zones together, and the calendar keeps them busy year-round with tournaments, culinary experiences, social gatherings, family events and kids camps.
Behind the project is a team with a track record in this city. Court Club is being developed by CCRE and Saber Capital, with management and operations led by NDT Development and Nick Coniglio, the same group behind West Palm Beach's Nora District, which opened in August 2025 and where the 201-key Nora Hotel is due to open in October 2026. Their timing is not accidental. West Palm Beach is filling in around wellness and racquet sports, from Higher Order, the city's wellness-led social club, to DUS Padel, now open, and Court Club's bet is to put both under one membership on a single campus.
The spa was the last major piece of the program left to see, and now it has been seen. With the clubhouse standing and the courts and pool taking shape around it, the club has a date to build toward. It opens in March 2027.
