Crystalbrook Sam

Crystalbrook Sam is a purpose-built luxury hotel on Halifax Street in the Adelaide CBD, developed by the Samaras Group and operated by Crystalbrook Collection as the group's first property in South Australia. Designed by local firm PACT Architects, the 12-storey building holds 196 guest rooms and suites above a ground-floor cafe and bar, with a top-floor restaurant on level 12 framing panoramic views across the city to the Adelaide Hills. Its signature is an Eléme bathhouse and day spa, the brand's first Adelaide outpost, paired with a gym, sauna and swimming pool. Meeting and event space runs to three meeting rooms and two conference spaces sized for groups of a hundred and more. The hotel extends Crystalbrook's sustainability-led operating model, which has shaped its properties across New South Wales and Queensland, into a new market.
