About the project

Delano Residences Miami is a 90-story supertall on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami — the first-ever Delano-branded residences, developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) with hospitality group Ennismore. Conceived by artist-architect Carlos Ott with architect of record CUBE 3 and interiors by Meyer Davis, the tower offers 421 residences as PMG's second supertall in the city. Amenities are anchored by the Southeast's first observation floor with a cantilevered glass deck roughly 850 feet up, plus Cafe Delano, a sky restaurant, and a reimagined Rose Bar.
