Domus Brickell Center is a 35-story, 579-residence branded condo tower at 1034 SW 2nd Avenue in Miami's Brickell financial district, developed by North Development — a joint venture of Miami-based Oak Capital and Peru's Edifica. Designed by Mc+G Architecture with interiors by Urban Robot Associates, it is built around North's FLATS (Flexible Apartments for Temporary Stays) model, blending hotel-level services with short-term-rental flexibility. Amenities include a rooftop pool deck, wellness facilities, coworking spaces, a lobby cafe, and ground-floor retail and restaurant space, steps from the Miami River.
