Dulles VIP Terminal
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority selected daa International to develop, lease and operate a dedicated VIP passenger terminal at Washington Dulles International Airport, which the Authority calls the first of its kind for any airport in the National Capital Region.
Official WebsiteTargeting 2029.
The 37,000-square-foot facility will sit on a 1.2-acre site near the airport's cargo buildings, with dedicated VIP parking and an entrance separate from the main terminal. Unlike a private jet facility, it serves passengers on any commercial airline, offering personalized check-in and baggage handling, private security screening for domestic and international travelers, suites, lounges and a bar, a garden terrace, and premium vehicle transfer to the gate and aircraft. Concept renderings by daa International and Corgan were released October 20, 2026. Development is expected to take about 30 months, followed by an initial 20-year operating term.
