Developed by Wave Group Development with Vitrium Capital and Zambala Luxury Apartments, and designed by MKDA with interiors by AvroKo, the building offers 49 furnished studio-to-two-bedroom suites with full short-term-rental flexibility. A landscaped paseo arrival, art-filled lobby lounge, coffee bar, fitness center, co-working space and ground-floor food-and-beverage retail position DUOS as a turnkey, income-ready home base in one of Miami's most visited creative neighborhoods.
