About the project

DUOS Wynwood is an eight-story boutique condo-hotel in Miami's Wynwood Arts District built around a flexible short-term-rental concept, allowing owners to rent units for stays of one to thirty nights. Developed by Wave Group Development with Vitrium Capital and Zambala Luxury Apartments, designed by architect MKDA with interiors by AvroKo, it offers 49 furnished residences — studios to two-bedrooms — with signature dual side-by-side sinks, smart-home technology, and wet/dry bars, above ground-floor retail, a coffee bar, fitness center, and co-working spaces.
