About the project

A new 49-unit, eight-story short-term rental hospitality concept in the heart of Miami's Wynwood Arts District. DUOS was purpose-designed from the ground up specifically for short-term rentals—allowing buyers to fully own their unit while renting it out for stays ranging from a single night up to 30 days. Architecture by MKDA and interiors by award-winning international hospitality design firm AvroKo create a non-branded, design-driven identity rooted in eclectic modernism. The 49-unit scale offers a curated, boutique alternative to Miami's larger 200-plus-unit developments, with studio to two-bedroom suites ranging from the $500,000s to over $1 million. Construction is expected to break ground in late 2026, with completion anticipated in early 2028.
