DWTN Residences rises 445 metres across 110 storeys in the heart of Dubai's Business Bay, placing it among the tallest residential towers in the city. Developed by Deyaar with DAR Consult as architectural consultant, the tower holds 522 homes running from one-bedroom apartments through duplexes and penthouses to a single five-bedroom Royal Palace at the summit. The design organises the tower into six vertical ecosystems, stacking more than 75,000 square feet of amenity space through the building rather than concentrating it at the base, with infinity pools, wellness and spa floors, dining, cinema rooms, and coworking lounges distributed across the levels. Its position in the golden triangle between Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai, and the Dubai Canal delivers Burj Khalifa and waterfront views.
