Edge House Miami is a 57-storey, 608-residence luxury condominium tower under construction in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, developed by Grupo T&C and designed by architect Kobi Karp with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio. Conceived as a home-sharing-friendly building, its fully furnished studios-to-three-bedroom residences include lockout floorplans that let owners rent private suites separately. The tower is planned as Edgewater's first biosecure high-rise, incorporating whole-building water sterilization and corridor air-purification technology, and layers on resort-style pools, a private sky lounge, a wellness center, and co-working spaces.
