Developed by Constellation Group with The Boschetti Group and Vietmar, the building is designed by Arquitectonica as a contemporary homage to Miami Beach's Art Deco heritage, with interior packages by Interiors by Steven G. Residences are compact and efficiently planned, running from studios to larger layouts and structured for flexible short-term-rental ownership. The wellness-led amenity program includes a rooftop pool and sundeck, an observation deck, a fitness center, yoga and meditation terraces, a sauna and cold plunge, a pickleball court, a residents' lounge and summer kitchen, coworking space, beach cruisers and beach club access, with ground-floor retail and onsite parking. It is the first Miami Beach project for both Constellation Group and The Boschetti Group and one of the more prominent new-construction entries in North Beach's revival.
