Emirates Palace, Mandarin Oriental Mansions

Emirates Palace, Mandarin Oriental Mansions brings private ownership to the grounds of Emirates Palace for the first time, setting 35 standalone mansions among the palm groves and beachfront of the Ras Al Akhdar peninsula at the western end of Abu Dhabi's Corniche, with Qasr Al Watan and the Founder's Memorial as neighbours. Developed by LEAD Development with Emirates Palace Company, the palace's owner, the homes are the first under Mandarin Oriental's new Mansions brand for standalone branded residences. Four signature mansion designs repeat across the enclave alongside custom homes by WSA and SAOTA, each of five to eight bedrooms and organised around private courtyards and gardens that open to sea views and back across the water to the palace domes. Residents get their own beach club with cabanas, a pool, spa and gym, a lounge with a Mandarin Oriental tea library, a residents' bar, a chef's table, a golf simulator and a children's room, plus access to the hotel's facilities, including its 1,500-square-metre spa with Moroccan hammam.
