Esplanade at Solaeris

Esplanade at Solaeris is a gated, resort-style golf community by Taylor Morrison in western Port St. Lucie, Florida, set within Solaeris, the 3,300-acre master-planned community from Kolter Land near Range Line Road and Glades Cut-Off Road that is approved for up to 8,600 homes, commercial space, parks and schools. Built under Taylor Morrison's signature Esplanade lifestyle brand, the neighborhood is planned for roughly 1,200 single-family homes, villas and condominiums arranged around an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Christopher Wilczynski of C.W. Golf Architecture. Shaped out of former citrus farmland, the course plays from a five-tee system stretching from about 3,800 to 7,000 yards, mixes par threes, fours and fives with several drivable par fours, and is framed by newly dug lakes, sculpted landforms and native live oaks, pines and palms. Around it, the amenity program runs to a resort-style pool and spa, a culinary center with multiple dining venues, a wellness and fitness center, and courts for tennis, pickleball and bocce. The community sits a few miles northwest of Esplanade at Tradition, within reach of the Treasure Coast's shopping, healthcare and beaches.
