Walton & One Stadium

Walton & One Stadium is a planned 6,000-seat, soccer-specific stadium at the southeast corner of Walton Road and U.S. Highway 1 in eastern Port St. Lucie, built as the centerpiece and anchor of Walton & One — a 46-acre mixed-use redevelopment (formerly City Center) envisioned as a walkable district of retail, office, entertainment, cultural, restaurant, and residential uses alongside the existing MIDFLORIDA Event Center. The venue will be the home of Port St. Lucie SC, an expansion club awarded a United Soccer League franchise in October 2025 that plans to begin play in USL League One — the third tier of U.S. professional soccer — with a men's team, followed by a women's team. Designed as a year-round community gathering place with capacity to grow, the stadium will host 17 to 20 matches per year plus concerts, cultural events, and youth sports. The roughly $55 million stadium is being delivered through a public-private partnership in which the developer, Ebenezer Stadium LLC, pays all construction costs upfront and posts a completion bond; the city's Community Redevelopment Agency may reimburse up to $27.5 million over 20 years through tax-increment financing, contingent on the stadium remaining open, with no general-fund money or city debt involved. City Council unanimously approved the funding and operating agreements in November 2025. Groundbreaking was targeted for late 2025, with the club's inaugural season in 2027 and the permanent stadium scheduled to open in early 2028.
