Fouquet’s Hotel and Residences, Miami Design District

Fouquet's Hotel and Residences is the Miami Design District's first residential address, a 25-story tower rising on Northeast 39th Street in the heart of Miami's luxury design, gallery, and boutique quarter. Developed by Fort Partners alongside Miami Design District Associates (DACRA), Raycliff Capital, and Constellation Hotels Holding, the project pairs 143 branded condominiums with an adjacent connected Fouquet's hotel, marking the storied Parisian brand Barrière's first Miami outpost. Pritzker Prize-winning British architect Sir David Chipperfield leads the architecture, with interiors by celebrated French firm RDAI, delivering restrained, light-filled residences ranging from one to four bedrooms. Residents enjoy more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a rooftop pool, golf simulator, wellness and spa facilities, and five signature Fouquet's dining and lounge concepts, all steps from the neighborhood's flagship fashion houses and cultural institutions.
