Fouquet’s Hotel and Residences, Miami Design District

Fouquet's Hotel and Residences brings the Parisian Fouquet's brand to Miami's Design District on the block at 3995 N Miami Avenue / 39 NE 39th Street. Designed by Pritzker laureate Sir David Chipperfield's David Chipperfield Architects with Miami's CUBE 3 as architect of record, the project pairs two connected buildings: a 24-story, roughly 309-foot residential tower with 143 condominiums from one to four bedrooms plus penthouses, and a 12-story, roughly 185-foot Fouquet's hotel with 85 keys and 20 condo-hotel units. Paris-based RDAI, the studio behind Hermès' stores, designed more than 40,000 square feet of residential amenities, including a rooftop pool and bar, a spa with hammam and cold plunge, a fitness center and a golf simulator. Plans also include more than 50,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, a public plaza and 178 below-grade parking spaces. The joint venture of Raycliff Capital, Fort Partners, Miami Design District Associates (Dacra, L Catterton Real Estate and Brookfield Properties) and Constellation Hotels Holding has filed demolition, site-work, phased vertical and master construction permits naming Mobius Construction as general contractor.
