The five-story hotel will offer approximately 55 guest rooms ranging from 430 to 1,260 square feet, including a Presidential Suite, with architecture led by Madrid-based Estudio Lamela and interiors by AD100 honoree Belén Domecq. Plans include three dining and gathering outlets — a street-level restaurant on Plaza Nueva, a rooftop restaurant and bar, and a ground-floor lounge — alongside a spa, fitness center and a rooftop swimming pool. The hotel builds on Four Seasons' existing properties in Madrid and Mallorca and is slated to open in 2028.
