About the project

Standing in the front row on Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove, Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove is the first standalone Four Seasons–branded residence in Florida — a purely residential tower with no hotel component, a rarity in the global Four Seasons portfolio. The 20-story building holds only 70 waterfront homes of generous proportions, with two- to four-bedroom layouts reaching nearly 4,000 square feet, 11-foot ceilings, expansive curved balconies, private secured elevators and foyers, and walls of floor-to-ceiling glass framing the bay. Interiors by Florentine designer Michele Bönan pair tropical nonchalance with European craftsmanship — bespoke Molteni&C kitchens, Calacatta and Carrara marble baths over Italian travertine — while the architecture's soft curves follow the coastal silhouette. Residents draw on full Four Seasons service and a deep amenity package: a serviced pool deck and bar lounge, an intimate library, a spa with a Roman-thermae-inspired Caesar Experience moving through five contrast-therapy rooms, an indoor pool, Finnish saunas, and a fitness center and yoga studio, with a signature restaurant offering in-residence dining and a private landscaped setting by Raymond Jungles among the neighborhood's banyan canopy.
