One- to six-bedroom residences of 1,200 to 7,000 square feet. Developed by Extell Development Company and designed by ODA Architecture, it pairs a 134-key Four Seasons hotel with 123 fully serviced private residences: 55 set above the resort and 68 in an adjacent owner-exclusive building, ranging from one to six bedrooms, with residence sizes from about 1,200 to 7,000 square feet. Fronting the East Village Express gondola, the resort offers ski-in, ski-out access, four dining venues and full wellness and fitness facilities.
The Four Seasons residence portion opens with the East Village Lodge in late 2027 and the Four Seasons hotel tower follows in 2028, alongside more than 70 East Village shops and restaurants.
