Marcella Landing

Marcella Landing sits inside Deer Valley East Village, the eastern expansion of Deer Valley Resort in Utah's Wasatch Back, where Reef Capital Partners is building a gated community of ski-in, ski-out townhomes designed by Olson Kundig. The Seattle practice has set the homes low along a ridge in staggered clusters, timber and stone under broad shed roofs, so the community reads as a series of small groupings rather than a single wall of buildings. Owners take privileges at the Marcella Club, the private club anchoring the surrounding development, and the community carries a wellness amenity program alongside direct ski access to the mountain. Delivery is phased over roughly three years. The project has been financed in stages by X-Caliber Capital Holdings, whose Rural Capital affiliate and C-PACE partner CastleGreen Finance have together committed more than $313 million across two closings.
