Franck Muller Vanguard is a slender residential tower in the heart of Dubai Marina, created by London Gate Real Estate Development in partnership with the Swiss haute horlogerie house Franck Muller and designed by DAR Consult. The tower carries the maison's Vanguard design language into architecture, with a mix of studios and one, two and three bedroom residences layered above three podium levels of retail and amenities. Residents overlook the marina and the wider Gulf coastline, with wellness, leisure and concierge facilities woven through the building. It stands as the second Franck Muller collaboration in the city, distinct from the brand's record height Aeternitas clock tower nearby.
