Co-developed by Related Group's Related Urban arm with BH Group and locally based Tezral Partners on Community Redevelopment Agency land off Broadway, the project pairs twin 20-story residential towers holding 418 apartments with a nine-level, 652-space parking structure wrapped by ground-floor retail and office space. The towers sit alongside the workforce-housing Residences at Marina Village on the Intracoastal waterfront, extending a district plan that mixes housing, shops, restaurants and public marina frontage at the foot of Blue Heron Boulevard. Riviera Beach's City Council rezoned the site to allow the added height, making Gallery at Marina Village the tallest piece of the waterfront district and one of the largest rental projects in northern Palm Beach County.
