About the project

The Residences at Marina Village is an eight-story, 149-unit mixed-income and workforce rental building on Broadway Avenue in the Marina District of Riviera Beach, Florida, steps from the city's waterfront and across the Intracoastal from Peanut Island. Developed by Related Urban with Tezral Partners in partnership with the Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency and designed by REG Architects, the Class-A building offers one- and two-bedroom residences for missing-middle households, with roughly 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail activating the Broadway corridor. It is the first residential piece of the broader $375 million Marina Village master plan, the city-led effort to reinvent the Riviera Beach marina as a mixed-use gateway of housing, dining, retail and public waterfront space, and it is backed by state SAIL financing alongside county and CRA support.
