Gallery at SoMi Parc

Gallery at SoMi Parc is a 15-story affordable apartment building rising at 5949 SW 68th Street in South Miami, the second residential phase of the SoMi Parc master plan beside the completed Residences at SoMi Parc. Developed by Related Urban in partnership with Miami-Dade County on a 99-year county ground lease, the $167 million project delivers 350 rental apartments reserved for households earning roughly 20 to 80 percent of area median income, financed with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit equity, private-placement bonds and a Florida Housing SAIL loan. Designed by Modis Architects, the building brings new mid-rise housing to a transit-accessible corner of South Miami near the Metrorail corridor, US-1 and the shops and dining of downtown South Miami, extending Related Urban's long run of public-private workforce and affordable communities across Miami-Dade County.
