Topping out at 597 meters, Goldin Finance 117 (the China 117 Tower) is a tapering "walking-stick" supertall in Tianjin's Xiqing District, among the very tallest buildings in the world. Its 117 occupiable floors are planned to hold luxury residences, a five-star hotel and premium commercial space, all beneath a signature diamond-shaped glass atrium crown enclosing a sky-high observation deck and swimming pool. Long stalled as the world's tallest unoccupied tower, the slender megatall is being brought back to life to be finished out as a mixed-use vertical landmark on the Tianjin skyline.
