Gran Central

Gran Central is an urban village rising in the Santa Ana district of Panama City, a short walk from Casco Viejo and Avenida Balboa. Developed by Conservatorio, the one-hectare masterplan assembles five buildings, four residential addresses and a boutique hotel, around pedestrian streets, plazas and pocket parks. Residences range from compact city flats to two-bedroom homes, several licensed for short-term stays and professionally managed, while the ground plane is given over to curated retail, cafes and dining. Solar arrays, rainwater harvesting and a network of green courtyards carry the project's sustainability brief through the whole district.
