Mallol, led by Ignacio Mallol, designed the architecture and interiors, with longevity architecture by Switzerland's MAVI, branding by Madrid's TOTEM, landscape by Panama City's Hiedra y Bambú and structural engineering by Walter P Moore. Residences occupy levels 5 to 39 and 41 to 54, from about 68 to 125 square meters plus 177-square-meter penthouses, each with a terrace, walk-in closet and coffee station. A ground-level arrival lobby opens to the park; the fourth-floor Residents Club holds an open-air sports arena, gym, co-lounge, indoor vitality pool, spa pool and hammock area; and the resident-only Sensa Longevity Spa on level 40 offers hydrotherapy pools, thermal circuits, breathwork and recovery. Other amenities include a Chocolate Garden, Hammock Forest, concept restaurant, cinema, golf simulator and infinity pool.
