Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Residences occupies a premium 7.1-acre beachfront site at the southern end of West Bay Road on Seven Mile Beach, with 900 feet of direct beachfront and approximately one mile of separation from George Town's center. The 10-story property comprises 381 keys total (a mix of hotel guestrooms, condo-hotel guestrooms, and suites) alongside 167 individually owned branded residences featuring 10-foot ceilings, 9-foot windows, Thermador appliances, and full Grand Hyatt service. Resort amenities include six distinct food and beverage venues, three swimming pools (with a dramatic main resort pool, a family pool near Camp Hyatt, and fully-serviced beachfront cabanas), a 12,000-square-foot destination spa and fitness center, sound therapy and crystal grotto wellness programs, an oceanview vitality pool, and 25,000 square feet of versatile event space — the largest function facilities in the Cayman Islands. Owners may participate in a voluntary hotel rental program. Co-developed by Sterling Global Financial, LASKA Development Group, and Pageant Beach Hotel Ltd., the project was built by Americaribe (a subsidiary of Bouygues Bâtiment International) and operated under the Grand Hyatt brand by Hyatt Hotels Corporation. The residential component is 100% sold out as of January 2026, with the property opening in early 2026.
