The project includes 316 keys total, of which 150 studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences are available for individual ownership, with select residential layouts featuring kitchenettes, in-unit washer/dryer units, and dedicated owner closets that support extended stays. Interiors are by Clodagh Design, the New York-based AD100 firm known for its biophilic, holistic approach to hospitality and residential design. Amenities include multiple food and beverage venues, a signature rooftop restaurant and bar, two pools and a jacuzzi, a fitness center, indoor meeting rooms, an outdoor event lawn, pickleball courts, and direct Seven Mile Beach access. The development is led by 269 West Bay Road Ltd. in collaboration with Sterling Global Financial and LASKA Development Group — the same partnership that delivered the 100% sold-out Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman next door — under a revocable license agreement from Hyatt Corporation. Residences are priced from the low $700,000s, with project completion targeted for 2028.
