Developed by Sterling Global Financial and LASKA Development Group with architecture by Trio Architecture and interiors by Clodagh Design, the roughly US$120 million project delivers 316 rooms and suites, 150 of them sold as individually owned residences that join the Hyatt rental program. Amenities include a signature rooftop restaurant, a ground-floor bar and restaurant, multiple pools with a pool bar, indoor and outdoor event space, pickleball courts and a fitness centre, positioning the resort as a lifestyle-driven addition to Grand Cayman's busiest beachfront.
