About the project

The Hyatt Centric Grand Cayman is a 10-storey boutique resort and branded-residence development on Seven Mile Beach in the Cayman Islands, rising on the former Margaritaville Hotel site between the Marriott and the future Grand Hyatt. Developed by Sterling Global Financial and LASKA Development Group, it offers 316 rooms and suites — 150 of them sold as individually owned residences — with a signature rooftop restaurant, multiple food-and-beverage outlets, two pools and a jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor event space, pickleball courts, and a fitness centre.
