Hamilton House

Hamilton House is a 38-story luxury rental tower rising at 640 NE 34th Street in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, directly on Biscayne Bay. Developed by Aimco and designed by Stantec, the tower delivers 114 residences plus roughly 6,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, with rental units averaging more than 2,500 square feet, 9- to 10-foot ceilings, oversized private terraces, and unobstructed bay views. The building topped out in early 2026, with a joint venture led by Americaribe and Grycon handling the concrete frame and finishes ahead of a targeted third-quarter 2027 completion. Backed by a $172 million construction loan and $56 million in equity, Hamilton House brings hotel-caliber common spaces and hospitality-inspired services to one of Miami's most active waterfront corridors.
