Hamilton House is a 38-story, 497-foot luxury rental tower on Northeast 34th Street in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, set directly on Biscayne Bay across from The Hamilton, the 276-unit community Aimco reinvented in a nine-figure renovation. Developed by Aimco in partnership with Sixth Street on a strategic assemblage of bayfront parcels, the tower is designed by Stantec and built by Americaribe-Grycon.
