HOSHINOYA Niseko is the ninth property in Hoshino Resorts' flagship HOSHINOYA brand and its first to incorporate branded residences, planned for the upper slopes of the Hirafu ski area in Hokkaido's Niseko region. Designed by Azuma Architect & Associates — the practice behind every HOSHINOYA to date — the ski-in/ski-out retreat rises across seven levels in reinforced concrete and steel, with around 62 units that owners can enroll in a rental program operated as hotel accommodation by Hoshino Resorts. The building is crowned by a signature rooftop onsen framing sweeping views of the iconic, near-symmetrical cone of Mount Yotei, channeling the brand's hallmark blend of refined Japanese hospitality, contemplative design and a powerful connection to landscape. Positioned directly on Hirafu's coveted upper runs, it offers direct access to Niseko's celebrated powder in winter and a tranquil mountain base for green-season exploration, all wrapped in the quiet luxury and ryokan-rooted service that define the HOSHINOYA name.
