House of Wellness Brickell

House of Wellness Brickell is a planned 34-story, 656-residence condominium tower at 152 SW 9th Street in Miami's West Brickell, the first project under North Development's House of Wellness brand. North Development is the joint venture of Ricardo Dunin's Oak Capital and Juan Carlos Tassara's Edifica; architecture is by Studio MC+G Architecture with interiors by Urban Robot Associates. The tower offers studio, one- and two-bedroom residences priced for Brickell's entry-level buyer, a five-level parking podium and more than 22,000 square feet of wellness, fitness and lifestyle amenities, including a spa with sauna and cold plunge, a juice bar and a 35th-floor rooftop, all tied to an Integrated Wellness Method that starts each resident with a full-body health assessment. The site, three low-rise residential lots at 132 to 152 SW Ninth Street, was first planned as a wellness hotel before the pivot to condominiums.
