About the project

The HS2 Euston Station Redevelopment reimagines London's Euston as a new high-speed rail gateway integrated with the Underground and Network Rail, topped by one of central London's largest regeneration quarters. Grimshaw is architect of the new HS2 station, while master developer Lendlease, in a joint venture with The Crown Estate, is bringing forward a 24-hectare oversite masterplan of up to roughly 1,500 new homes alongside offices, retail, and a life sciences and innovation hub for the London Borough of Camden. The scheme knits together the rebuilt station, public realm, and mixed-use neighborhood above the tracks in the Euston district.
