Hudson's Detroit is Bedrock's roughly $1 billion mixed-use development on the former J.L. Hudson's department store site at 1240 Woodward Avenue in downtown Detroit. Designed by SHoP Architects, its 685-foot tower is Michigan's second-tallest building and houses The Detroit EDITION hotel beneath The Residences at The Detroit EDITION, a collection of for-sale condominiums. The destination blends five-star hospitality, luxury residences, Class A office space anchored by General Motors' global headquarters, retail, and public gathering spaces.
