The story so far
Announced 2026 est.Record has a BLANK city and a malformed status literal "Under Construction" (not a valid lifecycle slug). Proposing city=Comporta and normalizing status; research found NO groundbreaking evidence and a 2028 target, so "announced" is the honest slug — but a human should confirm whether it's genuinely under construction. Developer Amorim Luxury Group; architect Vincent Van Duysen — for manual firm entry.

About the project

JNcQUOI Club Comporta is a sprawling members' club, boutique hotel, and luxury residential retreat on Portugal's Alentejo coast at Praia do Pego in Comporta, developed by Amorim Luxury Group as an extension of its Lisbon-born JNcQUOI hospitality empire. Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen designed the low-slung scheme in pigmented concrete, terracotta, cork, and green roofs that dissolve into native pine forest, with landscapes by Vladimir Djurovic. The offer centers on a clubhouse with three restaurants, a wine cellar, and a nightclub, plus 64 private villa residences, 94 guest pavilions, and 34 hotel pavilions, a kilometer of private beachfront, and an 18-hole links course by David McLay Kidd.
