Kamana Lakehouse

Kamana Lakehouse is a hillside boutique hotel in Fernhill, perched high above Lake Wakatipu on the western approach to Queenstown, New Zealand. Rebuilt from a landmark Fernhill Road site by Coherent Hotel Ltd, it trades on one of the most panoramic outlooks in the region, with rooms and terraces framing uninterrupted views across the lake to The Remarkables and Cecil Peak. Accommodation runs from Kamana King and Twin rooms through Remarkables-facing categories to the Tahuna Lakeview and top-tier Lakeview Luxe suites, while the hotel's restaurant, Nest, has become a destination in its own right for its floor-to-ceiling glazing and sunset outlook over the water. The same team is building NOCTIS by Kamana, a separate ultra-luxury villa resort on the adjoining elevated site, which will operate independently from the hotel once complete. Kamana Lakehouse sits about five minutes from central Queenstown, putting the lakefront, the Skyline gondola and the Queenstown Trail within easy reach.
