Designed as fully furnished, short-term-rental-ready studios, one- and two-bedroom residences and penthouses with interiors by INC, LOFTY offers roughly 40,000 square feet of amenities including a private marina, resort-style pool deck, fitness center, spa, cigar lounge, and co-working spaces, with G.T. McDonald Enterprises as general contractor.
