LUMIO is a riverfront landmark on Guangzhou's Pazhou peninsula, combining a hotel and serviced apartments in a sculptural tower whose form draws from the Pearl River, expressing the gentle rhythm and flowing character of the Lingnan water landscape. Positioned across the water from the Canton Tower, its curving, luminous massing is designed to catch and diffuse light, giving the district a soft, glowing nighttime presence. The Aedas scheme leans into its prime waterfront address with orientation and terracing that maximize river panoramas from guest and residence floors. It is conceived as a benchmark of hospitality-led placemaking within Pazhou's emerging exhibition and technology cluster. The fluid facade and podium tie the tower back to the riverside public realm below.
