Maison D'Or

Maison d'Or is a 19-story boutique waterfront condominium planned for a 1.4-acre site at 3705 South Flagler Drive in the South End of West Palm Beach, Florida, directly across the Intracoastal Waterway from Palm Beach island and the Mar-a-Lago Club. Developed by Kolter Urban with Perko Development Partners, the tower is designed by global architecture firm 10 Design, with interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates and landscape architecture by EDSA. Its name translates to House of Gold, and the building holds just 39 residences ranging from roughly 3,000 square feet to a penthouse of more than 10,000 square feet, with two to four bedroom layouts and deep terraces oriented to capture sunrise views over the Intracoastal and the Atlantic Ocean. Amenities include a resort-style pool deck, a spa with steam rooms and sauna, a fitness center, a salon, a club lounge, a private dining room, a screening theater and guest suites. The project rises on the site of the former Flagler House, a 1985 condominium the developers acquired through a full unit buyout, and anchors the South Flagler Drive luxury corridor alongside the city's other ultra-prime waterfront addresses.
