Malabar Residences is a 28-story luxury condominium tower at 126 East 57th Street in Midtown East, Manhattan, moments from Billionaires' Row. Developed by MRR Development, a venture of Anand Mahindra and Rotem Rosen, and designed by ODA Architecture, the 388-foot building rises in cascading cast-in-place concrete tiers that give it a distinctive playfully pixelated silhouette. Its 145 residences range from studios to three-bedroom penthouses, wrapped in private terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass above ground-floor retail. Sales and marketing are led by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, positioning Malabar as one of Midtown Manhattan's most design-forward new luxury condominiums.
