Luna is the newest waterfront condominium tower at Marina Pointe in Tampa's Westshore Marina District, developed by BTI Partners and designed by Zyscovich Architects. Rising 17 stories on a private peninsula between downtown Tampa and downtown St. Petersburg, Luna offers 151 one- to four-bedroom residences from roughly 1,193 to 3,400 square feet, with a resort-style pool and sundeck, shaded cabanas, a fitness center, and 24-hour concierge, all anchored by a 150-slip deepwater private marina accommodating vessels up to 90 feet.
