Natiivo Fort Lauderdale was planned as a 40-story, 384-residence branded tower at 200 West Broward Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale, designed by Arquitectonica for Newgard Development Group around a short-term-rental-ready ownership model that let buyers host guests in their own homes. The tower never broke ground. A $25.7 million judgment against the developer sent the site to a foreclosure auction, where Kushner Companies took the parcel back for $35,100 and ended Newgard's control of the project. No successor plan has been announced, leaving one of downtown Fort Lauderdale's most prominent development parcels in limbo.
