Official WebsiteA private, low-density community spanning 920 acres along the Riviera Nayarit coast, 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, built around one of the most ambitious golf experiences in the Americas. At its heart is Nauka Golf Club, a Tom Fazio par-72, 7,600-yard championship course that threads through four distinct worlds — old-growth jungle, volcanic cliffs, a mangrove estuary, and more than four miles of Pacific coastline — with five sets of tees and a signature run of three consecutive oceanfront holes where players are invited to go barefoot and wade into the surf mid-round. On-course dining anchors the round at The Nest, a cliffside comfort station high above the Pacific, while a lighted nine-hole par-3 short course, The Booby Trap, is built for night play and social rounds. The wider community reaches far past golf: a beach club with a 197-foot infinity pool, a marina village and yacht club, a 15-acre jungle wellness sanctuary, ocean and racquet clubs, an organic farm driving the culinary program, and an adventure roster from surfing and spearfishing to zip lines and climbing. Just 395 residences — Beach Estates with direct Pacific access, elevated Cliff Estates, and four-bedroom Golf Villas along the 18th fairway — keep it intensely private, with a Ritz-Carlton Reserve anchoring the resort core.
