About the project

Nauka is a private members' golf and residential community on Mexico's Riviera Nayarit, developed by LIFE Properties International across a sweeping Pacific-coast site of jungle, volcanic cliffs, estuary, and beach. Its centerpiece is a Tom Fazio championship course — including oceanfront holes swimmable mid-round — complemented by a deep-water marina and residences designed by Olson Kundig, from beach and cliff estates to golf villas. Limited to fewer than 400 homes and anchored by the Siari Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Nauka offers a rarefied, nature-forward retreat on Riviera Nayarit's Emerald Coast.
