Official WebsiteRosewood Mandarina is an all-suite luxury resort on the shores of Riviera Nayarit, about an hour north of Puerto Vallarta on Mexico's Pacific coast, set on a rare swath of land where beach, mountains, and lagoon flatlands meet. Opened in 2025, the resort is designed to disappear into its surroundings, with suites, specialty suites, and the spacious two-floor Premium Villas framing sweeping ocean, flatland, and mountain views, most with private plunge pools. Dining spans four venues: La Cocina Mandarina, an all-day restaurant anchored by a traditional comal for handmade tortillas; Buena Onda, a barefoot beach shack of Spanish coastal seafood and paellas; Barra Peñasco, a hidden cliffside cocktail oasis above a secluded beach; and Toppu, a mountaintop sushi bar fusing Japanese technique with Mexican flavor over ocean views. Beyond the table, the resort offers a Polo and Equestrian Club beneath the Sierra Madre peaks, a nine-hole par-3 golf course designed by Greg Norman, jungle ziplines and ropes courses, panga trips to the protected Islas Marietas national reserve, and the Asaya Spa, which channels the region's healing traditions through massage, breathwork, and shaman-led journeys rooted in local Huichol heritage.
